1.  100% of the proceeds of your vehicle donation will go directly to support those in need both locally (here in Orange County), and also globally, to support those in critical need around the world.

The most unique benefit of donating to the CAR MINISTRY is that we are 100% volunteer-led, with no overhead.  This means that the full value of your vehicle is donated.

Most other car donation organizations hire third-party middlemen to handle their donations, and the charity generally receives approximately 10% of the value of your vehicle!

2.  You receive the maximum tax benefits allowed by law.

When you donate your vehicle to the CAR MINISTRY we process your donation so that you get the maximum tax write-off. We fully recondition all retail vehicles and by doing so provide you the ability to claim Fair Market Value for your vehicle.

3.  We provide you all of the needed IRS documents and can even assist with the vehicle appraisal.

4.  The donation process is easy.

We receive your vehicle, you sign the title and a few related transfer forms and hand us the keys.

5.  More than $1.7 Million has been donated to our charities as a result of vehicle donations since 1998.

Although a few vehicles are re-donated to church approved recipients, most donated vehicles are sold so that the proceeds of the sale go directly to fund the various local and global ministries that Mariners Church supports.
